Strawberry Place

Comprising 4 massive blocks the new Strawberry Place development is a huge £120m complex that will feature housing, hotels and office space in Newcastle. High Street Group, who are heading up the plans, have said that project is still on schedule despite the coronavirus lockdown measures.

The Lumen

Part of Newcastle Helix, The Lumen building is flagship grade A office space in Newcastle. It has over 100,000 sq ft of prime office space. The building was completed in May 2020, and is ready for new tenants. Their plan is to attract pioneering startups and innovative tech companies into the city.

No. 1 Quayside

No. 1 Quayside is a 12 storey architectural wonder. It features a sweeping curved glass and steel exterior, and over 100,000 sq ft of grade A office space. The proposal will be put forward later this year, and developers are being sought to take on this ambitious project. Designed to complement the iconic Sage and the Millennium Bridge, No. 1 Quayside will be a new iconic building for the city.
